We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – that means we’re even available on weekends and major holidays!

Can I pour hot water on a frozen lock to un-stick it?
We don’t recommend using hot water on a frozen lock- as the water, if it’s still cold enough, might freeze causing an even bigger problem. In a pinch, try rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle, or a hair dryer. A little WD40 sprayed into a lock will also keep it from freezing on a cold night.
